Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering and will be made using either Royal Mail or Courier. Your order may need to be signed for and we request that somebody is available to take delivery of your item. If you have ordered a large or heavy product, we recommend that you make appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery. If for any reason we are experiencing difficulties with your delivery, a member of our helpdesk team (Tel: 0113 481 0000) will contact you. Furniture item orders are priced as a ground floor delivery only. Should you require upstairs or down stairs deliveries please contact us and we will advise accordingly.
All orders over £50.00 to UK Mainland addresses* are delivered absolutely FREE of charge, whilst a delivery charge of £2.99 is made on all UK Mainland* orders under £50.00. This covers order processing, packaging, handling, insurance and delivery costs. Please note that £50.00 refers to the total or part value of your order irrespective of VAT payment status. Accepting Delivery Instructions
If you have any specific delivery instructions you would like us to pass to the courier, please enter the details in the Additional Delivery Instructions box during the checkout process or call 0113 481 0000, and advise our customer service team. We cannot guarantee the couriers will always be able to comply with your request but we will do our best to do so. Please note: instructions to leave items without a signature are only accepted at the risk of the customer. We are not liable for items which go missing in these circumstances.
